Once you have submitted your nomination send us a video no longer than three minutes featuring you and your nominee together. Tell us a little about your nominee and why you think one of our therapy dolls would be a good fit for your loved one. Email videos (re: Nomination Video) to ginger@alzsnursery.com

Alz’s Nursery does NOT guarantee a therapy doll will be given. Gifted therapy dolls are given based on ALL requirements being met.

If your loved one is selected to receive a gifted therapy doll, we will contact you via email. If you do not hear from us right away that does not mean they were not selected. Nominee’s will be placed on a waitlist and taken care of as quickly as possible. All of our dolls are custom made and can take up to 8 weeks to complete.

Once we email the selected recipient, If we do not hear back within the date provided on the email, the gifted doll will go to the next recipient on the waitlist.

Gifted therapy dolls are given on highest priority first. Nominee resides:

Our platform’s focus, is based on Alzheimer’s and Dementia recipients in loving memory of our mother Carol. We appreciate your understanding that we are not able to provide gifted dolls to everyone.
